Conveyancing Executive ACILEx
As a Conveyancing Executive specialising in residential property I can assist and advise you on all things legal when it comes to buying or selling your home. It is my job to ensure that a property being purchased has all relevant rights and safeguards so you can use it as you intend. I am able to advise on freehold and leasehold properties, voluntary registrations of land, transfers of equity, shared ownerships, remortgages and much more.
I am based in Davey Law’s Gloucester office and have worked for the company for over 14 years. One of the most enjoyable aspects of my role is how varied it can be and the range of people I meet on a daily basis. Building strong client relationships is important to me so I always prefer to meet clients face to face, so any issues can be addressed quickly. I know that for some of my clients these transactions are stressful, so I do my best to ensure that the process is as smooth and straightforward as possible.
In my spare time you will often find me in the kitchen, cooking or baking something new. I am also an avid walker and enjoy getting off the beaten track and exploring the Gloucestershire countryside.
