I’m one of Davey Law’s Directors, as well as Head of our Private Client department, which deals principally with estate planning and administration, as well as assisting clients with their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I’ve been with the firm since 2012, and I’m based in our Cirencester office. Prior to that I was a partner in a large Bristol law firm.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and am a long-standing member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners – the gold standard for the management of trusts and estates. I specialise in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration and inheritance tax issues.
Day to day, as well as managing the Private Client department, I oversee Davey Law’s financial processes and compliance in my capacity as COFA (Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration).
Outside work, I enjoy visiting country churches – and country pubs! I’m also a member of the Bibliographical Society.
