Trainee Legal Executive
I started working with Davey Law as a volunteer in 2018 and now work as the Administration Assistant in the Cirencester office.
My role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. I assist the fee earners and their secretaries with various tasks such as maintaining and updating databases and undertaking legal research. I also work on the reception desk answering calls from clients, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring our anti-money laundering checks are complete and up to date, and – not least – making sure we don’t run out of stationery!
I have a degree in Law from the University of Plymouth and have just achieved my Graduate Diploma (Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice) with CILEx Law School. I plan to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive, specialising in family law, personal injury and general litigation when I complete my practical training.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with friends, travelling to different cities across the country to see what they have to offer!
