My career with Davey Law spans 35 years, and as Davey Law’s Managing Director I consider it a privilege to lead a law firm that so many people know and trust.
I’m also a Litigation Solicitor, specialising in high value personal injury and clinical negligence claims, as well as complex civil litigation. Where possible, I offer Alternative Dispute Resolution as a way to negotiate settlement between parties that avoids the costs and delays of the current court system.
My particular expertise is in catastrophic injury litigation, particularly involving head injuries. My aim is to give clients long-term financial security, allowing them to put in place the care and support arrangements they need for their future wellbeing. Once compensation has been paid, I can continue to help by acting as their Deputy, taking away the burden of managing what are likely to be complex financial and support arrangements.
I’m an accredited senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and I’m also on Headway’s (the Brain Injury Association) register of approved solicitors. I regularly sit as a Deputy District Judge in the County Court on the Midland Circuit.
Away from work, I run and cycle to keep fit and enjoy watching rugby and cricket.
“It is nice to finally talk to someone about my ordeal who could actually look at it from my point of view and willing to help. I am very grateful to the time and effort put into my case and I am beyond happy with the outcome. A great service through and through. Thank you very much.”
